The same work, adapted to your roster. For owners and managers, not for individual players.
If you built a roster of talented players, their technical game is probably already strong. The distance between their best game and their average one is usually somewhere else. I work with your players on that side: tilt, attention, routines, sleep, recovery. Structured to fit how your stable already operates.
From your side it is quiet. I work with your players directly, and you see the work through the reporting, not through the sessions.
For three months I work with your players on the performance side: tilt, attention, routines, sleep and recovery. Patterns that repeat across the roster get identified and treated at the source, so you are not paying for the same conversation five times over. I report to management on what we are doing and on where each player is heading. What a player says inside a session stays between the player and me.
This is the performance side only. I am not a technical coach, and I do not touch strategy, ranges or hand histories. If your players need that, they already have it.

The most valuable part is that he helps me plan each individual trip — morning, day and evening routines for the days I'm playing — so I stay focused and in a good mindset through these tiring stops, and perform at my best consistently.
The biggest transformation has been how I've structured my life outside the tables: optimizing my routines to consistently deliver my best in the sessions. For me, Alan is the ultimate reference when it comes to peak performance.
